New feature: See whether a customer is locked for credit (EBS-12369)

Sales desk users can now see whether a customer is locked for credit (credit hold) directly in the customer information modal. A redesigned credit warning dialog clearly highlights the credit lock status, making it easier to identify customers with credit restrictions during order processing.

When a customer is credit-locked in NexStep, the Approve button is automatically disabled, preventing accidental order approval. Users can still create a quote for credit-locked customers, and can close the dialog using either the close button or the ✕ button. The credit limit amount displayed in the dialog is fetched from backend validation.

New Feature: Extended Offer Deletion Modal (EBS-15127)

The delete modal in SalesDesk now includes three additional fields when removing an offer:

  • Delete Code — Required dropdown (reason for deletion)

  • Competitor — Dropdown, mandatory when Delete Code is "01" or "06"

  • Competitor Price — Optional NOK currency field (no negative values)

All values are submitted via order-connect at deletion. Applies to offers only, not regular sales orders. The feature is tenant-controlled via the /api/switch/extended-offer-deletion endpoint.
