Optional direct handling of picking in Salesdesk (EBS-11138)
When creating a sales order in Salesdesk and selecting “Pick”, the item will now receive log code “4” in NX.
This behavior is controlled by a configuration switch, giving each chain the flexibility to decide whether:
the item should be handled directly from Salesdesk, or
the order should first go through NX for processing before it can be set to “Pick.”
This update allows for smoother order management and better alignment with local workflows.
Discounts and special prices applied automatically (EBS-11915)
When adding an item that qualifies for a discount—either via Advanced Search or the Supply Item Calculator—the system will now automatically apply the discount or special price.
This ensures that store staff always see the correct pricing without manual adjustments, making order creation faster and more accurate.
Mandatory comment when deleting an order (EBS-12118)
When a user deletes an order in Salesdesk, it is now required to add a brief comment explaining the reason for the deletion.
This helps maintain clear records, improves traceability, and ensures that the reason for removing an order is visible for store staff and management.
Clear order type information (EBS-12314)
When a user opens an order in Salesdesk, the system now provides clear information about the order type.
If editing of the order is blocked, a message will appear explaining why and confirming the correct order type.

Customer notes from NX now visible in Salesdesk (EBS-12356)
If a customer has notes registered in NX, these will now be automatically displayed in Salesdesk.
This makes it easier for store staff to access important customer information directly when creating or managing sales orders—without needing to switch between systems.

Send updated quotes or orders via email from Salesdesk (EBS-12359)
When a salesperson updates a quote or order in Salesdesk, they can now send the updated document directly by email.
This makes it faster and easier to keep customers informed, without needing to export or manually attach documents.
Drag and drop CSV import for articles (EBS-12989)
Users can now start a new order in Salesdesk and import articles by simply dragging and dropping a CSV file.
This makes adding multiple items to an order faster and more convenient, reducing manual entry and potential errors.
