EG Fabri SalesDesk v3.2.0

New feature: A direct link has been added from the Sales Order list in Sales Desk to the EDI module. The link is only visible for orders where the purchase order was sent via EDI and the order status is "Confirmed". Clicking the link opens the EDI module in a new tab, filtered to the relevant EDI messages for that order. Standard ERP permissions and role-based access control apply

Sales order can no longer be created for customers with credit type 1 (EBS-15735)

Bug: It was possible to create a sales order for customers with credit type 1 ("Credit block – also for order creation") by using the "Send to picking" or "Create purchase order" actions. This also allowed a packing slip to be created for a customer who should be blocked from this. Opening the resulting order in Nexstep would display an error stating the customer is credit-blocked.

Fix: It is no longer possible to create a sales order for customers with credit type 1. Only drafts and offers/quotes can be created for this customer type.

Packing slip can no longer be created for customers with credit type 2 (EBS-15746)

Bug: It was possible to create a packing slip for customers with credit type 2 ("Cash customer – allowed to create orders, but not packing slips"). Although the option was correctly disabled on new sales orders and drafts, it became available once the order was converted to an offer/quote or order confirmation.

Fix: The "Packing Slip" option is now disabled throughout the entire sales process for customers with credit type 2, regardless of the order status.

Customer Project not required on draft, but enforced on submit/confirm (EBS-16071)

New feature: A new Customer Project validation has been introduced in Sales Desk, controlled by the parameter KRAV_TIL_KUNDEPROSJEKT in the SKTIST table. When the parameter is set to 1 and the customer's category requires a project (RAKKPR = J), the following applies:

  • Drafts can be saved without a Customer Project – keeping drafts flexible.

  • When submitting, confirming, or creating a quote, Customer Project becomes mandatory.

  • The validation also applies during the picking and packing flow.

  • If the parameter is set to 0, no validation is enforced regardless of channel or order state.
