Action buttons no longer disabled after closing the Purchase Order drawer (EBS-13295)
Bug fix: When creating a purchase order from a sales order in Sales Desk and then closing the Purchase Order drawer using the close icon, the action buttons — Offer, Order Confirmation, Picking, Packing Slip and Create Order — were incorrectly disabled. The buttons only became enabled again after navigating to the Order Summary page and back. This has been corrected. Closing the Purchase Order drawer no longer disables the action buttons.
Freight and Packaging lines no longer disappear after order confirmation (EBS-13412)
Bug fix: When a Shipping Method of "DIREKTE FRA LEV." or "KJØRES" was selected and a freight or packaging line was added to the order, the Freight and Packaging section disappeared from the order after clicking Order Confirmation. Reopening the order from the Order Summary showed no freight lines, even though they had been added before confirmation. This has been corrected. Freight and Packaging lines are now correctly displayed below the Item Lines when reopening a confirmed order, regardless of which shipping method was used.
Auto-added freight line is now removed when changing shipping method (EBS-13414)
Bug fix: When the shipping method "DIREKTE FRA LEV." was selected, a freight line was automatically added to the order. If the shipping method was subsequently changed to another method such as "KJØRES", the original freight line from "DIREKTE FRA LEV." remained visible in the Freight and Packaging section instead of being removed. This has been corrected. Changing the shipping method now correctly removes the previously auto-added freight line and replaces it with the freight line appropriate for the newly selected method. If the new method has no associated freight, the Freight and Packaging section is cleared.
Quote template PDFs now display phone number with correct prefix (EBS-13929)
Bug fix: In the quote template PDFs sent from Sales Desk, the customer phone number was displayed without the "Tlf:" prefix, causing a mismatch with the corresponding NexStep quote template documents. This has been corrected. The phone number is now displayed with the correct "Tlf:" prefix, consistent with the NexStep template format.
Customer project fields now saved with correct casing and role-based flags set correctly in NexStep (EBS-16672)
Bug fix: When creating a customer project in Sales Desk, two data quality issues have been corrected in NexStep ERP:
Text fields that NexStep requires in uppercase (such as project name and contact name) were previously saved with mixed casing as typed by the user. These fields are now automatically converted to uppercase before being written to NexStep, consistent with NexStep's own casing rules.
The BYGGDOK and COBUILDER flags were not set on the customer project even when the selected contact person had the relevant role assigned and the company was configured to use it. These flags are now correctly set based on the contact person's role when the project is created.
Error message now shown when department does not exist (EBS-17021)
Bug fix: When a user without a valid department tried to create an order in Sales Desk, the order could not be created but no error message was shown to the user. The correct error was only visible in the browser console. This has been corrected. Sales Desk now displays an inline error under the Department field and moves focus to it, both when creating a new order and when saving an existing order that has a department that no longer exists. The save is blocked until a valid department is selected.
