Create special prices from Sales Desk (EBS-1159)

New feature

Sales representatives can now create special prices directly from Sales Desk, without leaving the order. From any saved order (except draft), users can select one or more order lines and click "Create special prices" to open a modal where they define the customer, project (optional), validity period and pricing basis. The special price is transferred to NexStep ERP and takes effect on future orders for the same customer, project and article combination. The end date is mandatory and is pre-filled based on the project end date, quote expiry date, or entered manually if neither is available. Prices can be set as discount-based (transferring the discount percentage from the order line) or as a net customer price when no discount applies. The feature supports all available units for an article via an "All units" option. Standard ERP permissions apply.

Length specifications on order lines in Sales Desk (EBS-16242)

New feature

Sales representatives can now register length specifications directly on order lines in Sales Desk. For articles sold by length (e.g. LM), users can open a length specification modal from the order line and enter one or more rows with length in mm and quantity. The modal calculates the total automatically (e.g. 4800 mm × 10 = 48 LM). The length specification total and the main-page quantity are independent and are not validated against each other, giving the salesperson full flexibility. Specifications can be viewed and edited after saving. Length specification details are printed as sub-rows on Offer, Order Confirmation, Packing Slip and Pick List PDFs. Length specifications are also written through to NexStep ERP (DB2) via Order Connect.

Order search now includes orders saved as Draft (EBS-16301)

Bug fix

When searching for orders in Sales Desk, orders saved as Draft were not returned in the search results, preventing users from locating and reopening previously saved drafts. This has been corrected. Draft orders are now included in order search results alongside other order types, and the order status is clearly visible in the result list.

Improved performance and CSV bulk import for large orders in Sales Desk (EBS-16469)

New feature

Sales Desk previously became progressively slower as more order lines were added, significantly impacting daily order entry for orders with many lines. Two improvements have been made to address this:

The order lines table now displays a maximum of 50 rows per page. Navigation between pages is instant and does not affect order totals, which are always calculated across all lines regardless of which page is shown.

Order lines can now be bulk imported via CSV upload. The CSV file is validated row by row, and invalid rows are rejected with a specific error message per row ("Filen kunne ikke importeres" / "Could not import the CSV file") while valid lines are still imported. Duplicate article and unit combinations are merged automatically.

Standard print PDF on quotes now shows line totals excluding VAT (EBS-16528)

Bug fix

Line totals in the Standard print PDF generated from a quote in Sales Desk were incorrectly displayed including VAT. This has been corrected. Line totals are now shown excluding VAT, with VAT presented as a separate summary line at the bottom of the document. Order number formatting and phone number display have also been aligned with the NexStep standard.

Department and warehouse search in Order View filter now works correctly (EBS-16596)

Bug fix

When using the Filter in Order View to search for a department or warehouse (by name or number), no results were returned. The filter search worked correctly for other criteria such as customer, salesperson and flow, but was broken specifically for department and warehouse. This has been corrected. Searching for a department or warehouse by name or number now returns matching results as expected.

Incorrect price group price when adding freight item via freight selection modal (EBS-16633)

Bug fix

When adding a transport item through the freight product selection modal in Sales Desk, the order line was incorrectly priced using the base price instead of the customer's price group price. The root cause was that the warehouse number was not passed correctly to the price lookup, resulting in the price group not being applied. This has been corrected. The freight modal now applies the same price group price as when the item is added via direct search.

Sales Desk now supports three decimal places for order line quantities (EBS-16641)

Bug fix

Sales Desk previously rounded order line quantities to two decimal places, making it impossible to accurately register special orders requiring precise measurements, such as custom-cut glulam beams and steel beams. NexStep ERP already supports three decimals, but Sales Desk truncated the third decimal. This has been corrected. Three decimal quantities are now accepted, stored, displayed on order lines, reflected in the unit selection popover and length specification totals, and printed correctly on the customer-facing Order Confirmation PDF, consistent with NexStep.

Address fields now display correctly in the customer project list (EBS-16660)

Bug fix

When viewing the list of customer projects registered on a customer in Sales Desk, address fields were blank in all rows even though the column headers were visible and address data existed on the projects. This has been corrected. Address fields now display correctly for all projects where address data has been registered. Projects with no registered address correctly show blank address cells.
