Enhancement: Historical Price Lookup in the Order Module (EBS-466)

Users can now view historical prices on previous sales directly in the order module, making it easier to track price trends during sales-related tasks.

Historical prices can be viewed per item, filtered by date, and are sorted in descending order. The list displays all previous orders and invoices for the selected item regardless of the unit it was sold in. If no historical prices are found, a message is shown: "Couldn't find any previously registered sale for item XX. Prices can't be retrieved."

Enhancement: Bonus Agreement Status Visibility in Sales Desk (EBS-13755)

Sales agents can now see whether a customer has an active bonus agreement directly in the customer details section of the sales desk. The status is fetched from the external system and clearly displayed, allowing agents to provide accurate information and handle the sales process accordingly.

Enhancement: VAT-Inclusive and VAT-Exclusive Pricing in Order Overview and Order Lines (EBS-13760)

Sales agents can now see prices both including and excluding VAT directly in the order overview and within individual orders, bringing the sales desk in line with the existing F22 function in Nexstep.

For business customers (with an organisation number), cost price, sales price, and total sum are displayed excluding VAT. For private customers (without an organisation number), all prices are displayed including VAT. In Solve mode, prices are always displayed excluding VAT regardless of customer type.

The updated pricing logic applies across item lines, freight and packaging, and articles from advanced search — including own goods and purchase goods. Amount, DG, and coverage calculations are adjusted accordingly based on the customer's organisation status.

Fix: Cost Price and DG Calculation on Existing Sales Order Lines (EBS-13789)

Fixed an issue where editing a miscellaneous line (or any line) on an existing sales order and adjusting the cost price did not correctly trigger the DG calculation. The sales line is now properly recalculated when using DG after a cost price adjustment.

Fix: Edited Text on Misc Items Not Persisted (EBS-14194)

Fixed an issue where changes made to the item text/description for misc items ("D") were not saved in Salesdesk.

The edited text was lost after saving the order (Draft, Quote, or Sales Order) and reverted to the original value when reopening the order in both Salesdesk and NX.

Item text updates for misc items are now correctly persisted and visible after saving and reopening in both systems.

Fix: Incorrect Mandatory Product Line Validation and Outdated Delivery Date  (EBS-14211)

Fixed an issue where navigating to the search field triggered a validation error for a mandatory product line, even though the Sales Order already contained item lines. The incorrect validation message has been removed.

Also fixed an issue where outdated delivery dates where shown on order lines. Delivery dates are now correctly updated and displayed.

Fix: Item Lines Not Visible After Reopening Sales Order with Freight Shipping Method (EBS-14543)

Fixed an issue where selecting a shipping method linked to freight item numbers caused item lines to become invisible after saving and reopening a Sales Order in Sales Desk.

Although the item lines existed in the ERP, they were not displayed until the page was manually refreshed (F5).

Item lines are now consistently visible after reopening the order, and freight lines remain correctly displayed at the bottom in a separate section.

Fix: Incorrect Header and Missing Lines in Order Confirmation After Picking (EBS-14544)

Fixed an issue where sending an order confirmation after setting a Sales Order to Picking generated a document with the header "PLUKKLISTE" instead of "Order Confirmation" and without any item lines.

The document is now correctly generated as an Order Confirmation with the proper header and all item lines included.

Fix: Order Confirmation Missing Header and Item Lines (EBS-14552)

Fixed an issue where sending an order confirmation immediately after changing a Sales Order from Draft to Picking generated a PDF with an incorrect header and missing item lines.

The order confirmation now displays the correct header and includes all item lines as expected.

Fix: All Numeric Fields with Up to Two Decimals (EBS-14931)

SalesDesk now supports entering all numeric fields with values including up to two decimals on item lines. This improvement allows users to set precise quantity and prices or DG values when adding items to an order, achieve exact pricing and margin control, and ensure consistency between calculated DG and the DG displayed on the order line.
