Enhancement: Delete Code, Competitor, and Competitor Price Now Visible in the "Slettet" Tab (EBS-15612)
The "Slettet" (Deleted) tab in the Customer 360 View now surfaces three additional columns for deleted offers: Delete Code (Slettekode), Competitor (Konkurrent), and Competitor Price (Konkurrentpris). When a salesperson registers this information at the time of deletion, it is now visible directly in the overview — making it easy for back office users to see why an offer was lost, which competitor it was lost to, and at what price.
These columns are only shown when the extended deletion feature is enabled for the tenant, and are only populated for deleted offers where the relevant information was registered. If no data was entered for a field, the column is shown as empty.v
