Scrolling fixed on long lists and screens (EBS-17889)

Previously, some screens with long content - such as article search results in Sale, and the About screen - could not be scrolled, so anything below the visible area was unreachable. This has now been fixed; scrolling now works correctly across all affected screens.
Article search now works during inventory (EBS-17892)

Previously, article search could be unexpectedly unavailable during inventory in some environments, since certain inventories were incorrectly treated as cyclic. This has now been fixed; article search is available during inventory as expected.
