EG Fabri EDI v2026.09.1

Prev Next

Partial deliveries are now fully supported in EDI order confirmations, across both Fabri and Nexstep (EBS-14870)

Feature
EGNexstep

Previously, a purchase order line could only reflect a single delivery date and quantity, even when a supplier's EDI order confirmation split the delivery into several batches. The EDI module — Fabri — now stores each confirmed delivery split individually, while the purchase order line continues to show the total quantity and earliest delivery date. This detail is now visible throughout Nexstep: order lines with partial deliveries are highlighted with a dedicated view to inspect each delivery split, the material plan shows each split as its own line, and goods receipt correctly creates a separate receipt for each packing slip when a delivery arrives in multiple shipments.

Partial delivery information from EDI order confirmations is now stored and displayed in the Fabri EDI module (EBS-14870)

EGFabri

The Fabri EDI module now parses and stores all confirmed delivery splits from incoming EDI order confirmations. When a supplier confirms multiple delivery dates for the same purchase order line (e.g. 60 units on one date and 40 units on a later date), each split is stored individually using the BackorderedQuantityNeB element in the BEAst format. The purchase order line in the EDI module continues to display the total ordered quantity and the earliest confirmed delivery date. Deviations from the requested delivery date are clearly highlighted in the EDI module. The stored delivery split data is written to NexStep ERP for further processing in material planning and goods receipt.
