Enhancement: Automatic Order Locking Across Advanced Picking, Sales Desk and Nexstep (EBS-11296)
Orders are now automatically locked when opened in any part of the system — Advanced Picking, Sales Desk or Nexstep — preventing data conflicts when multiple users work simultaneously. An order being handled in Nexstep or Sales Desk is locked in Advanced Picking, and vice versa. When an order is opened on a PDA, it is locked for other Advanced Picking users on PDA and locked in both Sales Desk and Nexstep. The lock is released when the order is completed or when the user navigates back to the order list via the hamburger menu.
